Managing funds and scholarships

These tool support staff working on planning, implementing and evaluating the development activities that the New Zealand Aid Programme supports through specific funds or scholarships.

Funds

HOMF | Head of Mission Funds Guidelines (PDF 289 kb)
The Head of Mission Fund (HOMF) is a small discretionary funding (usually grants) scheme overseen by NZAID and MFAT and managed through New Zealand posts for discrete development activities of a short duration.
